Thank you for visiting and shopping at Flanaw. We strive to get your custom-made gear to you as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time (Fulfillment)
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because we use a print-on-demand model, “fulfillment” is the time it takes to actually print and pack your t-shirt before it leaves the facility.
Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
USA: 3–6 business days after fulfillment.
Europe/UK: 4–8 business days after fulfillment.
Canada/International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

Global Fulfillment (Where we ship from)
To get your order to you faster, we fulfill products in various facilities located in the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia. Your order will automatically be routed to the nearest facility that has your specific item in stock.
If your order contains multiple different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. -
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Flanaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is especially important for customers ordering from outside the USA or EU. -
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. -
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at contact@flanaw.com within 30 days. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include a clear photo of the damage so we can arrange a free replacement for you.
