Refund and Returns Policy

At Flanaw, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because we do not hold physical inventory and each item is custom-printed, our return policy is governed by the following terms.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Process:

Resolution:

  • Once the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • You are not required to return the defective item.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Important:

  • We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where the tracking information shows “Delivered” by the carrier.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after an order has been produced.
  • Incorrect Size: Choosing the wrong size.

Please refer to our Size Charts on the product pages before placing your order.


4. International Orders (EU & UK Notice)

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, all sales are final once production begins, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


5. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address:

  • If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility.
  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

6. Hygiene & Safety

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for sealed goods (such as face masks, swimwear, or underwear) if the original packaging or seal has been opened or tampered with.


7. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
